Eugene high jumper Jesse Williams tuned up for the U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials by winning the high jump in the Harry Jerome Classic in Vancouver, B.C., on Saturday night by clearing 7 feet, 61/2 inches, his best mark of the season.

Veteran Jamie Nieto finished second.
