The personable 5-foot, 31/4-inch sprinter from Miami finished second, fourth and sixth in her three preparatory 100-meter races this season, which means she’s ready to roll on the biggest stage of them all.

Williams, the 2004 Olympic silver medalist in the 100, has gained a reputation as a big-meet performer.
