6/27/08 Say you’re just not the sort of person who’ll take the bus, and you insist on driving your own car to the U.S. Olympic Track & Field Trials. Good luck finding parking at any price — let alone free parking. On-street spaces in residential neighborhoods surrounding the University of Oregon campus and the Trials venue at Hayward Field will probably be scarce during the 10-day event. And under city parking rules, visitors who park in the area for longer than two hours risk a $12 ticket.
